name of nice lady

I didn’t get the name of the nice lady who stayed (with a very polite young man who must have been her son) for 45 minutes after closing waiting so my son could pick up his impounded car.  She was very kind and helpful on the phone, and went above and beyond the call in staying late for us. What a nice person during a difficult time for our family. Thank you so much!
